1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items without original packaging.
- Discounted or clearance sale products (unless defective).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the defective item to process your claim.
- Once approved, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
